CDRG Threading Rollers
CDRG Threading Rollers are high-precision, hardened alloy
dies used in rebar threading machines to roll threads onto TMT bars. These
rollers are not cutting tools—they cold-form the threads, increasing bar
strength and maintaining core integrity.
Available Pitch Sizes:
- 1. 2.5 mm Pitch Roller
- Suitable for rebar sizes: 16mm to 22mm
- Thread angle: 75° (standard for coupler systems)
- Used for general building construction
- 2. 3.0 mm Pitch Roller
- Suitable for rebar sizes: 25mm to 40mm
- Thread angle: 75° / optional 60°
- Ideal for infrastructure, bridges, tunnels
